setup custom view matrix in Craft

Before Craft we used camera() to setup the view matrix but how can this be done with Craft (I'm using the OrbitViewer)???

This is how it is by default in Craft (y is up)

|  /
|/_ _ _ x

This is how I need it to be (z is up)

z
|   y
|  /
|/_ _ _ x

Btw. would changing the view matrix lead to issues with Augmented Reality (AR)?

    I refused to believe that entity.rotation is the place to do it - but looks like assigning a quaternion to that property works. dunno if I'm doing right, but at least I can continue now..

    scene.camera.rotation = quat.lookRotation(vec3(0, 1, 0), vec3(0, 0, 1))
